Last Quarter of 2013

2013-10-04 16.09.09This past week marked the end of the first semester of Jesse’s Sophomore Year & the start of his second semester.

As for Misha, after 6 months break from Junior Engineering Africa, he started their Robotics course on Friday. Having had his old school buddy sleep over from Wednesday for playtime catch up, he was fortunate enough to have Matt join him for his first Robotics lesson.

It was quite a distance away from home so we travelled the 1 & half hours well prepared to spend time visiting with other parents at the venue whilst we waited for the kids to enjoy the Jakaranda Bal. 2013_1005_190214Younger siblings had time to play with other home educated children & they all had a blast.

Looking back at recent events I must admit home education has brought along many opportunities for our boys that we didn’t have when we were their age.
